I would like to welcome you to the Dwight Police Department web site.  I am Chief Tim Henson.  I have served the Dwight Police Department for 20 years and as Chief, I'm beginning my 13th year.  Currently the Dwight Police Department has eight full time police officers with well over 100 years of law enforcement experience.  We also have four part-time officers.

We are a 24-7 organization with centralized dispatch through LivCom in Pontiac.  We facilitate the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.). and Gang Resistance Education And Training (G.R.E.A.T.) Programs.  We are very involved in our school systems.  The Dwight Police Department strives to be community oriented.  We are committed to making Dwight a safer place to live.
